At Sonderegger & Co. AG, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Log into our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your initial shipment to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary collection at your convenience.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
